Development of 240 apartments planned in Sunbury area!

A large apartment complex is coming soon to Delaware County. The 240-unit development is planned for the north side of Sunbury Road near Routes 36/37, residential development company Metro Development said.

The plan calls for 10 three-story garden-style apartment buildings, each with 24 units. Sixty of the apartments will have 681 square feet, including one bedroom and one bathroom, and will rent for $920 a month. The remaining 180 units will be 957 square feet, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and will rent for $1,200 a month.

The complex’s amenities are to include green space, a trail, ponds, a community garden and a dog park. A 4,500-square-foot clubhouse will include a fitness facility, leasing area, media room and club room with billiard tables. The complex also will have a swimming pool.
